Our plan to reopen Cross Kicks Fitness.​

We are excited to share our re-opening plan, while complying with the directives from the CDC and state regulations. We will be asking everyone to do their part cleaning up after themselves , creating space between equipment , being patient with each other, cheering each other on, being on time, and working your ass off!

  • Be mindful to remain 6-10ft apart unless you live in the same household.
  • Wipe down ALL workout space, equipment, etc before you move to your next station.
  • No socializing during your workouts, I feel like this will be the hardest part for us. If you are talking you better be moving! You do not want to be reason people are standing around waiting. We need to be respectful of everyone’s time so be ready to workout, and meet up for coffee or go for a walk afterwards to catch up!
  • We will be learning this new way of fitness together and I know you all want to help each other, because well that’s what we do! However right now let the coaches help people in and out of bands, assist with weights, spot etc so if you hear your coach yelling “MAKE SPACE” be aware of your surroundings.
  • Everything inside the gym is marked 10ft apart with blue tape, outside we have to use our best judgment.
  • Please bring a towel.
  • When your workout is complete, we don’t care where you go but you can’t stay here.

If you’re not ready to join us at the gym yet, don’t worry your fitness goals are just as important to us as they are to you! Current members will still have access to our CKx30 at home video series. We will continue the success of this at home program! ​

Note: we will have a hard close, so everyone must be out of the gym by noon, and out by 8 in the evening. we have one-on-one personal training starting promptly at 12:15 and need to allow time for our staff to clean so please allow yourself enough time. In other words if you show up at 11:30 or 7:30 at night just know you will only be getting a 30 minute workout.
