Coming from a military family and finishing his military service as a Sergeant in the Army National Guard Jesse is no stranger to hard work and discipline. He studied Exercise Science at Northern Illinois University with certifications in both personal training and group fitness instruction. Jesse brings a well-rounded array of work experience from one on one coaching, group training, bootcamps, HIIT, and youth fitness. His skills to motivate, encourage, and bring out the best in people on their journey to transform their body through strength and conditioning component with cardio and kickboxing in a high energy training environment.
