Meet Kelly

Kelly Gschwend

Kelly has her B.S. and M.A. degree from Bradley University where she studied advertising and marketing. It was in college that she discovered her passion for fitness and began working out.

A people-person with a knack for creating a sense of community, she fell in love with fitness and shared her passion by teaching group fitness classes from 2009-2019 at 5am before going to her ‘real job’ for 40 hours a week.

Kelly realized those group fitness classes, her ‘hobby job’, was the most rewarding job she had ever had. Kelly realized her calling is bringing people together to enjoy fitness and achieve their goals. In January 2020, Kelly bought Cross Kicks Fitness in Lake Zurich and has continued to nurture, inspire and celebrate her members’ success as they reach their goals.

Kelly is certified in Les Mills Bodypump, Sprint, RPM and Bodystep and specialized in HIIT training classes. She is a NASM-CPT and has her nutrition certificate.
