Interested in fitness since college when she realized the freshman 15 was real. Kelly began teaching classes at Gold’s Gym in Central Illinois in 2009. She is certified to teach Les Mills Bodypump, Sprint, RPM and Bodystep, HIIT workouts like Tabata and even aqua classes. NASM-CPT certified.
