Gary Urwiler

Gary is a mentor, teacher, coach, father, trainer, and overall fitness enthusiast. He has years of experience coaching strength and conditioning, speed and agility, group training, general fitness, and weight loss. Gary is excited to bring his positive attitude, energy, and experience to CKF Batavia!

Ilona Lubonska

Ilona thrives in all areas of fitness. Raised in Poland, she has a diverse array of knowledge and expertise in the field of sports, health, and active living. As part of the Cross Kicks Fitness Family, she plans to utilize her passion to help others become the strongest versions of themselves. Ilona is ready to help you take your health and fitness to the next level!

Trainer Tip on the banded torso twists! No matter what the goal it’s SO important to keep a strong core! The banded 10-2’s are a CKF staple. We typically pair with a squat or dead lift on our leg days! 💪
