Devin Sarno

Devin has spent the last decade working in the fitness industry and dedicating his career to helping others achieve their goals. He has a very diverse background including sports performance coaching, commercial fitness, corporate fitness, personal training, nutrition and group exercise. Now after many years as the Head Coach at CKF Algonquin, he is ecstatic to bring his experience and expertise to the McHenry area by helping others transform their bodies while also finding a love for fitness. He received his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Carthage College and is a NASM certified personal trainer. He is motivated to continue to grow both personally and professionally in his new role as a club owner. Coach Devin strives to deliver the best experience possible to all that step foot into Cross Kicks Fitness. No matter where you are in your journey, he is ready to provide you with the knowledge, tools, and support you need to achieve your desired results. Only minutes away from the town Devin grew up in, he is especially excited to give back to the community and to bring a new level of excitement for fitness to the McHenry area.

Carly Sarno

Carly has always had an interest in fitness, but really fell in love with Cross Kicks and its inspiring community when she decided to try her first 90-day challenge at the start of 2022. She works full-time as a senior sales support specialist but spends any free time she has at the gym or with her two boys. Carly is an ACE certified personal trainer and is excited to bring the same energy and fire that she felt when she first started at CKF to the McHenry community. She cannot wait to help others fall in love with their fitness journey, just as she did!
