INTRODUCING THE IGNITE EFFECT 

Life is too short to chase anything that doesn't IGNITE the fire inside you....THE IGNITE EFFECT is data driven and science backed by years of CKF member results. CKF's cutting edge program provides the proper stimulus for clients that will reset the metabolism, known as the "metabolic effect”, allowing for better fat utilization, and ultimately better fat loss.
Furthermore, adding the perfect combination of strength and conditioning results in an elevation in oxygen consumption and metabolism known as EPOC or the "afterburn," leaving your body burning for up to 24 hours after training.
The IGNITE platform offers a highly engaging dynamic fitness experience that will enrich your in-club experience, provide additional daily motivation, bring a "competitive advantage," and ultimately take your workouts to the next level!

 

The Five Heart Rate Zones

The heart is a highly sophisticated, individualized physiological tool that guides members to fine tune their workouts using heart rate technology to reach their goals.

Track heart rate, calories burned, training zones and intensity while you exercise, whether that be at the gym, on a run, playing sports or swimming. The IGNITE Mobile Health App lets members collect and review training activity and bio-data from our devices.

 

What to Expect in the Club

Strength Training

CKF’s periodized strength progressions are the backbone of our program. With changing daily focus, tempos, and intensities you are sure to stay engaged and motivated! Our science-backed programming allows members to work out efficiently and effectively on a daily basis. Coaches will provide regressions and progressions to the standard workouts to fit your needs and goals.

HIIT Training

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is all the rage in the fitness world! Why? Because it works! One undeniable fact is the efficiency in which an individual can achieve incredible results in a fraction of the time. CKF backed data also demonstrates how this training modality is not solely limited to improving fitness markers such as aerobic and anaerobic performance but also increased lean muscle mass, calorie burn, and increased basal metabolic rate

Kick Boxing

Boxing and Kickboxing are incorporated into our industry leading HIIT workouts giving CKF an advanced dynamic. Incorporating high-energy cardio and endurance will give your body and mind a boost and take your workouts to the next level. Imagine getting through your strength progression and lighting up the bags for an all-out finish to your workout! Welcome to Cross Kicks Fitness!

See Results in Realtime

See your heart rate and training zones in real time. You’ll know when you should “turn it up” and so do your Coaches! With a target focus zone for each workout you will have visibility into when you should push harder as well as recover from an interval. Step up your performance as you “compete” against the top points leaders for that workout!

Track Performance in the App

Receive instant workout stats and performance measures, view workout history, body composition history, set goals, and more from your Cross Kicks Fitness app! Stay connected to your Coaches and engaged with your personal goals in and out of the gym.
