Meet Jesse

Jesse Colón

Coming from a military family and finishing his military service as a Sergeant in the Army National Guard Jesse is no stranger to hard work and discipline. He studied Exercise Science at Northern Illinois University with certifications in both personal training and group fitness instruction. Jesse brings a well-rounded array of work experience from one on one coaching, group training, bootcamps, HIIT, and youth fitness. His skills to motivate, encourage, and bring out the best in people on their journey to transform their body through strength and conditioning component with cardio and kickboxing in a high energy training environment.

We are excited to announce that our amazing Head Coach Cindy, is officially joining our team full-time! 

Cindy has been an integral part of our gym for the past 3 years, and now she’ll be taking on even more responsibility, working on the business side of memberships and leading our Coaches in personal training to help us grow and elevate the Cross Kicks Fitness experience. We are proud to have Cindy on our CKF Team as she brings the same passion and energy that we have for our members. 

Cindy’s expertise includes Nutrition, Strength Training, Functional Training, and Flexibility/Mobility—making her the go-to resource for anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level. She can also help connect you with the perfect coach from our talented team!
