Jesse Colón

Coming from a military family and finishing his military service as a Sergeant in the Army National Guard Jesse is no stranger to hard work and discipline. He studied Exercise Science at Northern Illinois University with certifications in both personal training and group fitness instruction. Jesse brings a well-rounded array of work experience from one on one coaching, group training, bootcamps, HIIT, and youth fitness. His skills to motivate, encourage, and bring out the best in people on their journey to transform their body through strength and conditioning component with cardio and kickboxing in a high energy training environment.

Jazmine Constantino

Originally from Davenport, Iowa (Quad Cities), Jazmine brings over a decade of experience in sports marketing to the Cross Kicks Fitness team. After moving to Illinois in 2018 to work with the Chicago Bulls NBA G League team, she helped launch the South Elgin location in 2021. As co-owner and life partner to Coach Jesse, she oversees the business side of operations, leading community outreach, marketing efforts, charity workouts, member events, and specialty programs that help make CKF South Elgin more than just a gym.

A certified NASM personal trainer, Jazmine is passionate about the variety of workouts CKF offers, especially strength training, and is committed to helping members reach their full potential. She also enjoys representing the gym in DEKA events and HYROX fitness competitions, pushing herself and others to new levels of performance.
