Monday + Thursday:
Lower Body Strength + Power Squats, lunges, glute work and explosive leg strength.
Tuesday + Friday:
Upper Body Burn Push, pull and press — building muscle and definition up top.
Wednesday + Saturday:
Total Body Cardio + Conditioning Heart-pounding, full-body burn.
Sunday:
Rest or recovery. Event and program workouts as needed.
